Dating advice please? I am getting back into the dating game after two years of being in a relationship?

This guy that I am seeing for about 2 weeks now, recently I have spent the night at his house 2 times. It wasn't awkward since we have already knew each other (which is a long story); we ran into each other at the carnival and been 5 years since we've seen each other (I'm 21now and so is he), so there's been a lot of catching up to do. After a week there was a lot of chemistry/physical attraction. He says he really likes me and I told him I do as well a lot. No we did not have sex, but we made out numerous times now and some touching. When I asked him if we were moving to fast, like me spending the nights over at his house. He said we aren't moving to fast because we aren't even dating yet. So what are we??? Friends with benefits.....or getting to know each other? His response was he just wants to take it slow and get to know me more and when he's seeing a person he doesn't play the feild; but how do I trust that fact. What should I do about this without scaring him away, I do like him but I don't want to ruin it for myself if there is any potential. Would it be ok, since we aren't exclusive if i played the field, or should I wait on him? Would he feel I'm chasing him away if I were seeing other guys (not sexually but maybe making out)?Dating advice please? well if you like this guy, then you should try to wait for this person. it all depends on you if youre the type to move from one to the next. This guy seems to want to take it slow since he hasnt ask you to have sex or anything. Just see if hes really into you and not playing you.
