Advice from males or females about relationship?

ok so this guy and me had been talking and hanging out and stuff for about a month or so. we started to ';fall for eachother'; and he said he REALLY liked me (we were supposed to date, but....) and i really like him. well out nowhere, he wouldnt return any of my messages or anything, come to find out, he went to juvi (possession drugs, nothing that bad, i dont need your opinion on that, everyone makes mistakes). well i think he is still there, bc he was on probation then like i said, hust went to juvi. well prom is comming up, and i REALLY like this guy, like more then anyone ever. i really have not talked to his parents before, but do you tink it would be weird/creepy/rude to call his house and ask where he is and if so, and if she tells me he is in juvi, she i talk to her about prom and ask her when he will get out. etc., like how should i word it? he doesnt have a cell right now, so its not like i can call him. and idk what i should do. i dont want to forget about him, and i want to go to prom with him, but i have to buy a ticket by this friday, and they are $50 bucks, and i am willing to buy his. so i need your opinion on what i should say if i call his mom, or should i even call her and just buy his ticket and wait it out for a bit.





btw prom is may 2nd.

I think you should call his house and try to be as polite as you can. you should say: i was wondering, since prom is coming up on May 2nd, if (Boy's Name) will be allowed to go with me or not?





I dont think you need to say much more than that.


If you say any more than that, you will seem a little odd. I think that being simple and wording it sort of like that will be a nice way to ask.

If you really like this guy then I would honestly call his house and talk to his parents. They should be able to give you some good advice. I mean with the prom being so soon you kind of need to know something so just be brave and call the house.
you are his friend so ther's nothing weird if you call his house. tell his mom about your plans.

I think if u've never met his mom before i'd be a bit weird to ask about him, but if your curious just call up his house and be like ';well i havent seen him in a couple days/weeks and was wondering if everything was ok?'; then branch it off from there. and if the topic does get on to Juvi then ask if it was possible if you could bring him to prom, if that was ';legal';......

but ya i would call his house just to check its not that bad just say ur a friend and u were worried or something and ur havent seen him for a while.

I think you should just get it out of the way and call his house... Just ask for him and if his mom or whomever says hes not home just ask if hes still in juvi and if they know when he will be getting out. They might or might not tell you. They might ask who you are and I guess it wouldn't hurt telling them who you are and tell them you just wanted to know if he was going to be out by Friday since Prom is coming up and you wanted to go with him. Don't go and buy the ticket until you find out, if not you will be wasting money. Good luck
